Important Information Needed

We understand that the economy is a factor in your decision about your hotel reservations. Please provide us with your hotel confirmation information if you did not reserve your room using our group reservation form and group code when reserving your room at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort. This will allow us to still receive credit against the total number of rooms we have contracted for the conference, so that we will not be required to pay a penalty if we do not meet our contracted numbers.
